Boxstoberfest 2010 Headquarters
The Fredericksburg Inn will be Boxster-central. The Inn features group rates, our own private roped-off parking area and a wash area. We also have group rates at The Inn on Barons Creek.

The following is the tentative schedule of events that we have followed in the past. We will post updates to this page as the information is available.
Schedule of Events
- Friday, September 10

- 12:00 - 4:00
- Goodie bag stuffing, car wash, informal meet and greet. Location will be sent to registered attendees.
- 6:00 pm - ??
- Registration at the Auslander Restaurant and Biergarten - 323 E. Main (a short walk from the Fredericksburg Inn). Dinner and drinks on your own (Auslander has a VAST selection of German and regional beers, and a pretty good menu)
- Saturday, September 11

- Saturday Morning
- 8am - 9:50am - Show n- Shine, mini tech sessions, and late registration; Gillespie County Airport (parking on the tarmac)
- 9:50am - Mandatory Drivers meeting
- Location: The Hangar Hotel at the Gillespie County Airport.

- 10:00am - Depart for a full day of driving in the beautiful Texas Hill Country
- Saturday Evening
- 4:00pm - 6:00pm - After-drive wind-down and coctail reception; Hangar Hotel at the Airport
- 7:00pm - 11:00pm - Closing dinner, door prize give away at Inn on Barons Creek Conference Center (cash bar). Dinner is Beef / Chicken fajita buffet.
- 11:00pm - ??? - Visit to local watering holes, for those who need just one more... (camaraderie that is)
- Sunday, September 12
- 10:00am - ?? - Tourmiester's super-secret post-event drive and exploration to ???
Shirts
Boxstoberfest T-shirts will be $11 and must be reserved in advance; let us know your size and quantity when you register.

We are also offering embroidered Boxstoberfest Golf shirts at a cost of $35 each. These shirts will be available for pre-purchase during the registration process. As soon as a sample is available is available it will be posted here. Because of the costs associated with making these shirts, we must order them in lots of 24. If you pre-purchase a golf shirt but we do not get enough total orders, your money will be returned to you.
Note: Participants will be responsible for their own meals/drinks.
As in past years, all participants listed in our roster will receive e-mail messages with event details.
